Retrofitting
The Retrofitting project aims to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings. For this purpose, we share best practices in order to be able to compare the each company performance.
The group is using two common tools: a thermal tool for retrofitting (TTR) and a financial tool.
The project compare the retrofitting methods and tools of our companies on a multi-apartment building for each step of the retrofitting process.
In order to optimize the comparison, we will settle, during a workshop, our different processes of a renovation and establish common objectives for the retrofitting (final energy performance or energy improvement through similar equipments).
