Get information about exchange opportunities:

Get in touch with Eurhonet hosting companies’ contact persons (available on the Members Only Zone) for the Exchange Programme and find out more on available opportunities. Visit also the page Exchange News and read the study reports to get inspiration from previous experiences of other Eurhonet members.


Check if you are eligible to apply: 

The programme is generally open for all members of the staff, however, it is up to each company to decide who is entitled to participate.


Contact the host company and define the visit:

The sending company gets in touch with the contact person of the hosting company to set the frame for the exchange and to define aims, goals, subjects, period & duration and other logistical requirements.


Sign a contract:

The two companies, sending and hosting company, sign a contract which model is available on the Members Only Zone.


Inform the Exchange Coordinator or the Secretariat that the exchange will take place:

Inform the Coordinator of the Exchange Programme or Eurhonet Secretariat about the Exchange before it starts!



Visit host company:

Just do it and enjoy!



Write and communicate a study report:

The participant should write a study report by using the model available on the Members Only Zone. Once ready, the study report will be published on the Eurhonet website.



Give your feedback to the sending company:

The participant spreads the knowledge from the exchange in his/her own company and to the host company.
