Goal of the Exchange Programme

The main goal of the Exchange Programme is to share and develop competencies, ideas and working methods between companies. This will result in improved performance and ensure that housing companies are more attractive as an employer. The idea is that the employee visits another Eurhonet company or international colleague. The visit in meant to provide new experiences and ideas and will normally take between 3-5 days.

The program is intended to include all professionals at all levels but it is up to each company to decide which employees are entitled to participate. To spread the knowledge from the exchange all the participants will write a study report which will be published on Eurhonet’s website and be available to both the host’s and participant’s company.
