The main goal of the Exchange Programme is to share and develop competencies, ideas, working methods and business culture between Eurhonet companies. This will result in improved performance and ensure that housing companies are more attractive as an employer!

The idea is that an employee (from the sending company), visits another Eurhonet company (the host) for 3 to 5 days. During these days, he/she will learn from new colleagues different approaches and methods to tackle similar challenges but in different cultural contexts.

The programme is intended for professionals at all levels, however, it is up to each company to decide which employee is entitled to go. To make the most out of this initiative it is important to define a clear goal for the exchange and that the hosting company prepares a detailed programme for the participant. To spread the knowledge gained, participants would have to write a study report to be published on the Eurhonet website.
