We work in different countries, organisational structures, and cultural contexts, but many of the challenges we face are the same. Eurhonet has created a space exclusively for leaders in the social and public housing sector to anticipate forthcoming challenges, exchange experiences and workshop ideas. Every year, our CEOs, top management teams, and Board members are hosted by a different Eurhonet member organisation. We hear from experts on best practice and the most pressing issues in the sector. Working together, we identify upcoming challenges in the sector, discuss future scenarios, and define how we can implement new strategies and adapt processes to future-proof our organisations.

When was the last Leadership Summit?
10-11 June 2026: Varberg, Sweden
This conference focused on human-centred urban development – an approach that values sustainability, mobility, safety, and community as the essential pillars of thriving urban districts.
