It’s 10 years since the Eurhonet Talent Academy first began. Since then, it has become a valued Eurhonet tradition. Following the success of last year’s fully-booked Talent Academy, we are pleased to open registrations for another week packed full of learning and collaboration. This year, the Talent Academy will be hosted by Aler BCM in Brescia, Italy.

The housing industry: fulfilling modern employer requirements?

The theme of this year’s Talent Academy is ‘Working in the housing industry: How does the housing industry fulfil modern employer requirements?’ The week will include leadership training, lectures, excursions, and the independent development of solutions. Working in small teams, participants will present their solutions to a professional jury at the end of the week, gaining valuable feedback from experts.

Who can attend?

The Eurhonet Talent Academy aims to develop the skills of our future leaders. Therefore, the programme is intended for employees who are not currently in top management positions. The programme is only open to Eurhonet member organisations.
