We are looking forward to welcoming talented employees from our different membership countries in Düsseldorf, Germany this July. The Talent Academy will provide a unique opportunity for professionals in the public and social housing sector to spend a week learning from housing experts, CEOs, and each other.
The Talent Academy will be hosted in Düsseldorf, Germany.
This year, the focus of the Academy will be on the modernisation of occupied properties, with an emphasis on communication processes between tenants and the companies’ internal departments.
Participants will work together to develop a strategy, which they will present to a professional jury at the end of the week. Every group will receive detailed feedback from experts to help them develop their skills. The group work will be combined with seminars, housing-focused study visits, and networking opportunities.
The key topic will be communicating with tenants about the modernisation of their properties.
