We are pleased to invite Eurhonet members to our annual Conference and General Assembly. This year, we will be kindly hosted by ARCA Puglia Centrale in Bari, Italy. The Conference will take place from 22-23 October, with an optional cultural programme organised until the 24 October. Find out more below!

Innovative services for tenants

The first day of the conference will focus on innovative services for our tenants. We will draw on a survey that we recently carried out among our membership, aligning with our commitment to benchmarking and knowledge sharing.

As well as a keynote on the value generated from innovative services presented by the SDA Bocconi School of Management, we will hear several best practices to inspire our work going forward.

We are pleased to welcome colleagues from SDA Bocconi School of Management, who will deliver a keynote presentation on the value generated from innovative services. Through roundtable discussions, we will reflect on the key points and compare how the core functioning of our organisations differs.

Urban regeneration

A study visit in the afternoon will examine the urban regeneration of the San Girolamo district. The new design aims to transform the district from what is considered a fringe area of the municipality with no collective identity, to a unified neighbourhood with spaces to socialise and a pedestrianised system.

Developed with the University of Roma Tre, the project introduces spaces to meet on three levels: proximity, local and urban. We will also visit the new waterfront – an urban pedestrian promenade that reaches the old town. We will explore how the use of seating, flowerbeds, street lighting and landscaping have contributed to positive neighbourhood development.

Celebrating our achievements and looking ahead

On the second day, we will start with a short General Assembly to approve key motions. It will then be the important moment to hear reports from our Topic Group Leaders and activity Coordinators. We will reflect on the achievements made in 2025 and examine our priorities for the future.

In addition, we will report on the outcomes from the interactive workshop held during the Leadership Summit 2025. Thanks to our participants’ valuable inputs, we have identified the key priorities and challenges of the network as a whole, forming the basis of our three-year workplan.

Optional cultural programme

In addition to the Conference and General Assembly, ARCA Puglia Centrale (with the support of the Region of Puglia) have organised an optional programme to explore Puglia’s rich cultural and architectural heritage. This will take place on the afternoon of 23 October and the morning of 24 October.
