In June 2024, leaders of public and social housing providers from across Europe will head to London for the Eurhonet Leadership Summit. This year, the Summit will be hosted by Eurhonet member Poplar HARCA. We are looking forward to meeting and exchanging with you all.

The first day of the Summit will focus on European benchmarking, featuring a report on best practice for tenant satisfaction by AktivBo. Using data from numerous Eurhonet member organisations, we’ll be hearing about concrete changes that all Eurhonet members can make to improve tenant experience and satisfaction.

The second day will be themed around Creating Opportunity, including a keynote speech on how housing associations have opportunities to work with private sector partners and institutional investors. This will be followed by a case study exploring how estate regeneration is being used to create improvements in the wellbeing of residents’ lives. Our Summit will also include a study visit to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where the Athletes’ village has been transformed into a housing complex.

Who can join the Leadership Summit?

The Leadership Summit is open to CEOs, top management teams and Board members of Eurhonet member organisations. It will be a great opportunity to network, share our challenges, and work together to build future-proof strategies.
