We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Eurhonet Topic Group on Human Resources (HR). Led by Claudia Terragnoli, HR Manager at Aler BCM (Italy), the Topic Group will hold its first meeting in Brussels next month.
The work of human resources professionals is crucial to the success of all our organisations. Creating a positive working environment that prioritises career growth and employee wellbeing is essential for building strong, high-performing teams. Public and social housing providers must also position themselves as competitive employers to attract and retain top talent. Without dedicated human resources employees, our ambitious goals cannot be achieved.

We are therefore proud to launch the Eurhonet Human Resources Topic Group. The new group will ensure that Eurhonet’s activities reach more employees in our organisations and focus on the priorities identified by our members. The group will focus on:
- Enhancing workplace culture and employee well-being to build resilient and motivated teams;
- Sharing best practice for attracting and retaining top talent, developing skills, and fostering inclusive workplaces;
- Exploring strategies to adapt to the future of work, including emerging in-demand skills and the integration of new technologies.
