As CEO of ARTE Imperia, the Regional Territorial Agency for Housing of the Province of Imperia, Antonio Parolini leads the organisation’s efforts to provide safe, dignified, and sustainable homes for those most in need.

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia, Antonio has over twenty years of experience as a consultant for companies and local authorities. Throughout his career, he has held institutional roles such as Councillor for Finance for the Province of Imperia and served within national organisations including Federcasa, where he contributes to shaping public housing strategies in Italy.

Combining management, economic, and social expertise, Antonio is deeply engaged in advancing projects on urban regeneration, energy efficiency, and user services. He promotes innovation in public housing through initiatives such as co-housing models, the “asbestos-free” programme, and the creation of the User Service Centre in Porto Maurizio.
