We are pleased to invite you to the Digital Communication & Technology in Housing Meeting, taking place on 5–6 May 2026 in Karlsruhe, Germany, hosted by Volkswohnung GmbH.

During this two-day meeting, we will exchange experiences and discuss digital communication and technology in housing. Together, we will look at current challenges, hear how different organisations are approaching digitalisation, and reflect on the future of tenant communication.

Digital Communication & Technology

This meeting will focus on digital tenant communication, artificial intelligence, and communication channels in housing.

We will begin with a welcome and company presentation by Volkswohnung GmbH, followed by a session on AI at Volkswohnung. Members will also present their projects and share current challenges under the theme “What keeps you awake at night?”.

On the second day, we will hear insights from tenant surveys on (digital) communication channels, followed by a workshop on the future of digital tenant communication and communication channels.

Discover Karlsruhe

Alongside the working sessions, we will also have the opportunity to discover Karlsruhe. A small city walking tour and a networking dinner will be organised on the first day of the meeting.
