We are pleased to invite Eurhonet members to the second Social Integration Topic Group meeting of the year. This time, we’ll be hosted by our friends at HWB in Hofheim, Germany. We look forward to sharing best practice and collaborating!
Our Social Integration Topic Group shares best practice to better support tenants in vulnerable situations, including young people, migrants, refugees, and people experiencing poverty. The group also focuses on finding effective methods for tenant involvement and measuring social value.
Sharing best practice, working together to face challenges
Our upcoming meeting in Hofheim will be an excellent opportunity to share best practice and examine our common challenges. Following on from our previous meeting, we will share our reflections on the topic of tenants’ involvement in refurbishment projects. Then we will tackle the other challenges facing our companies and share our current objectives and projects on social sustainability.
Informative study visits
Our discussions will be complemented by three interesting study visits to social projects in Hofheim. The first is a new-build that opened in June 2024 with a meeting room for different groups. Around the corner, we will then take a look at a community garden project. The third visit will be to a senior living and intergenerational living project that has been running since 2020.
