We are pleased to invite you to the first Ageing Topic Group meeting of the year taking place on 6–7 May 2026 in Arezzo, Italy, hosted by Arezzo Casa SpA. During this two-day meeting we will exchange experiences and discuss innovative housing models for older adults, while also discovering the cultural heritage of the city.

Ageing Topic Group

This meeting will focus on new residential models for older adults and the trends shaping housing demand. Participants will also explore how technology can support better communication and improve tenant satisfaction.

The programme includes a study visit to Villaggio Minatori in San Giovanni Valdarno, offering participants the opportunity to see first-hand how new approaches to housing development are being implemented in practice.

Discover Arezzo

Alongside the working sessions, we will have the opportunity to explore the historic city of Arezzo, one of the most important cities of ancient Etruria and a cultural centre during the Middle Ages and Renaissance.

The meeting will begin with a guided visit to the Archaeological Museum of Arezzo, including the exhibition dedicated to the famous Minerva of Arezzo, one of the most iconic bronze sculptures of antiquity. A cultural visit of the city and a networking dinner will also be organised.
